Not the photo from the saddle you really want to take, but they arent always going to be glamorous. After my second flat I had no tubes left and had to call Jem for a lift. Whilst waiting on the side of the road its awesome how many other riders ask if your ok, one even offering up his own spare tube!.

The unwritten rules of cycling No.1 - Cyclists look out for each other and stop to help someone in need even when competing. Love it.
